In order that the Application forms print out properly, it is necessary that you adjust your browser's top and bottom print margins to the smallest possible.

If you are using Internet Explorer, click on the 'File' menu, then select 'Page Setup'.
At the lower right of the menu, you will see places to define the top and bottom margins. Set them to zero (0).
The browser will not allow the margins to remain at zero, but you will end up with the smallest possible margins.

If you are using Mozilla, FireFox, Netscape or a similar browser, click on the 'File' menu, then select 'Page Setup'.
Next, select the 'Margins & Header/Footer' tab and set the top and bottom margins to zero (0).
Again, the browser will not leave them at zero but this way you will get the smallest possible margins.

Your Application Form will now print out on a single page.
